The family wishes to announce the passing of Allen on Monday, March 9, 2026, at Selkirk Regional Health Centre at the age of 80 years.
Viewing will take place one hour before the prayers at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul, MB, on March 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

In their teenage years, Al & my husband, Wayne Gould were good friends. They spent a lot of time driving all over the country roads. Al liked picking mushroom .Al married my sister Diane, & came up to Whitehorse, Yukon to visit us. We took a road trip to Haines, Alaska. We moved to the Springfield area, & saw Al occasionally. One story sticks in my mind. One fall, after a heavy frost, I could smell a distinctive odour, & went to the garden to check it out. Hidden n a corner, we’re 3, very large dead marijuana plants!! Wayne blamed Al,, but I wondered who was the culprit. No one owned up.
